As a marketing professional, you will know how to engage an audience through strategies that embrace creative approaches and targeted media channels, and help business to differentiate their products and services in the marketplace.
In this course you’ll learn about consumer behaviour and the mix of advertising, digital and social media, sales strategies, public relations, and events that marketers can use to engage consumers.
