Certificate II in Cookery
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Gain the basic skills to start a Culinary career or go onto further studies with this introductory level course. On successful completion of this qualification students can commence a commercial cookery course with credits, or enter the workforce with the basic skills to work in kitchens and food environments.
