Certificate II in Hospitality
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. This course is based on current industry standards, hands on application, relevant case studies and real discussions that can generate relevant skills and results.
The theory component of this qualification will be led by a qualified trainer, one session per week in your school (or as agreed upon with the school). You will be given an insight into what is involved in you are working in the Hospitality Industry. You will receive enough knowledge and skills to gain an entry level position in the industry and provide a stepping stone to creating a career for yourself. This course will include practical components in a simulated and real workplace hospitality environment.
