Certificate II in Hospitality

The Certificate II in Hospitality course provides students with basic skills and knowledge to work as operational staff in various hospitality establishments such as pubs, clubs, and hotels. This qualification can be offered for school-based traineeships for school students enrolled in Year 10, 11 or 12 and employed in a Training Contract that combines VET and school-based curriculum including SACE.

The Certificate II in Hospitality reflects the role of individuals who use a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.
