Certificate III in Community Services
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is aimed at new entrants to the Community Services sector. This qualification reflects the role of entry level community services workers who support individuals through the provision of person-centred services. Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community settings or support the implementation of specific community-based programs.
Successful completion of this qualification may lead to further study such as the Diploma of Community Services, or employment in the community services sector such as a disability support worker, care worker, community services worker, community support worker, welfare worker, welfare support worker or family support worker.
