Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) Our CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services qualification reflects the role of community services workers who provide a range of services and support to individuals and groups. These roles may include direct client work, as well as assisting in program delivery and implementation. At this level, workers have greater autonomy and responsibility, often operating with limited supervision and overseeing or guiding others. Work may be carried out in various community services settings including in health, social welfare and outreach organisations.Delivery mode
