Offering a broad introduction to the community services sector, completing our course will enable you to develop the knowledge and skills to work with individuals, families, social groups or larger communities to support activities, information and referral for people in need of assistance in our communities.
As a qualified community services worker you’ll be ready to work in a range of service delivery roles including direct client work, community education or community development projects. You’ll understand how to provide support to people in need of assistance and how to link clients to appropriate services and government departments.
