This certificate will teach you how to listen to and understand people’s problems, background and circumstances, and to assist them within the areas they need help, including social, emotional and physical wellbeing.

You will also learn to deal with and implement support systems and develop plans which will address your clients’ immediate and long term needs, including responding to critical situations including children at risk.
