Learners will gain skills in recruiting, selecting and inducting staff and supporting performance management processes, HR functions, and employee and industrial relations procedures.
This course will suit learners who currently work as supervisors or managers, or have aspirations to become leaders. This course is focused on developing essential leadership skills that can be applied to any industry. Learners do not need to have a background in HR.

This course is most suited to individuals who are currently working or wanting to work within the HR field. This course offers a general understanding of what it takes to work within an HR team.

A laptop/computer with internet access, including access to video streaming.
A webcam, headset with microphone for participation in virtual classes.
