Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)In order to ensure that our industry maintains the highest level of professional standards, it is now a requirement of New South Wales Fair Trading that all Real Estate Certificate of Registration holders transition to a Class 2 Licence holder within a 4 year period by completing the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
To ensure that this study is relevant to your position and enhances your workplace performance, our team at Think Real Estate have designed a Licence Course specifically tailored for Salespeople and another for Property Managers.
Whilst you can start this course at anytime, you will need to have 12 months industry experience as a registered Assistant Agent and fully complete the qualification before you can apply to NSW Fair Trading to become a Class 2 Licence holder.
