Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of community service workers involved in the delivery, management and coordination of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.
At this level, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously within their scope of practice under broad directions from senior management. Workers support people to make change in their lives to improve personal and social wellbeing and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers. They may also undertake case management and program coordination.
To achieve this qualification, you must have completed at least 100 hours of mandatory work placement. Our Student Services will help you find a work placement host employer.
Duration: This course has a duration of either 12 or 18 months, depending on the time you have available to dedicate to studies

Course fees
Maximum Fee for this course is $7,900
VET Student Loans (VSL) Approved
- This course offered by Australian Careers Business College, RTO Code 90271 is approved for VET Student Loans, for eligible applicants.
- VSL will not be approved for students who do not meet eligibility requirements and
- VET Student Loan gives rise to a VETSL debt, which continues to be a debt due to the Commonwealth until it is repaid
