These individuals assume responsibility and accountability for their own and their team’s performance, they provide leadership, guidance, direction and support to their team and others.
They will have responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team, along with team cohesion, collaboration and meeting KPIs. They apply solutions to a defined range of problems (predictable and unpredictable) and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
Learn moreIndividuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources. These individuals will often lead other frontline leaders or guide projects.
