Appointment Setter

An Appointment Setter schedules meetings between staff and clients. You might call prospective customers to generate interest in products or services and organise consultations with sales staff. Appointment Setters might follow up on customer leads or make cold calls to speak with potential customers and encourage them to talk further with people from your organisation.

Appointment Setters should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well with people from a range of backgrounds. It’s important you can work as part of a team and display strong customer service abilities. Appointment Setters must be organised and able to manage their time well.
