Certificate III in Hospitality
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This entry level course (SIT30622) provides a practical, hands on approach for students who want to further their knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry. This course is designed to provide a pathway to hospitality management.
The course will help develop a range of hospitality skills including: customer service, RSA, barista training, bar operation. It will teach students about food safety supervision, food & beverage service, effective team work (including staff coaching) health & safety and Australian wine studies.
