This hospitality course focuses on the skills required in unlicenced hospitality venues and will hone your skills in well developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills. 

In this course, you'll learn how to serve food and beverages, how to show social and cultural sensitivity and broader skills like training others, and sustainable work practices.

By the end of this course, you'll be able to apply for roles in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, cafés, and coffee shops.

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.
You must be employed in a cafe or hospitality venue and have a registered training contract through an Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP).  Additional requirements may apply.
