The SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality qualification is designed to equip workplace-based trainees and employees who are employed in a hospitality service role in industry with the necessary skills to perform the job role of a hospitality worker. This qualification provides a pathway to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs and licensed cafés in food and beverage service,
The purpose of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to work effectively in the hospitality industry in accordance with Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation, Australian standards, and industry codes of practice. This qualification targets both existing and new workers who are employed in the hospitality industry on a part-time or full-time basis.
