This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management, and social housing workers involved in the managing, coordinating, and delivering of personalised services to individuals, groups, and communities.
Our eminent faculty will equip you with specialised skills and knowledge required to supervise workers, and volunteers who coordinate and create new business opportunities. You will also learn to build your expertise in direct service work and client assistance, allowing you to make a positive impact and uplift the lives of the vulnerable. Community workers usually provide direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. At this level, professionals in community service work autonomously under broad directions from senior management.

Traineeship
Work and gain real-world experience while earning a qualification.
Work Placement
Complete mandatory hands-on training in a workplace setting.
Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre -Training Review.
A current Police Check and approved Working with Children Check is required before undertaking placement.
