Enrol in our Diploma of Community Services course and develop the knowledge and skills to work with individuals, families, social groups or larger communities to support activities, information and referrals for people in need of assistance in our communities.
Delivery mode
ONCALL Training College offers this course through the following delivery modes:
Blended
Combine the flexibility of online learning with the support of on campus learning.
Work Placement
Complete mandatory hands-on training in a workplace setting.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Entry to the course requires the successful completion of English to Year 12 level; OR
Successful completion of a Nationally Recognised Training qualification at Certificate III level or higher; OR
3 years relevant industry experience in a role that requires the use of written documentation and communication.
This qualification requires a basic understanding and use of computers and the internet. Support will be provided as required to develop the student’s skills.
