About the Human resource management major
Nurturing, development and managing talent is critical to the success of any organisation. In this major, you'll gain an understanding of the theories, concepts and processes that drives human resource management to achieve positive organisational outcomes. Explore topics such as strategic human resource management, recruitment and selection practices, employment relations, performance management, international human resource management, rewards and benefits, human analytics, change management, and the link between employee attitudes, wellbeing and performance.
