Workforce Analysts look at ways to increase productivity or to improve the performance of organisations.

Workforce Analysts should have strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. It’s important you can communicate well with people from a range of backgrounds. Workforce Analysts must have good analytical abilities and good problem solving skills.
