Account Manager

Account Managers build strong relationships with an organisation’s clients and customers. They are usually assigned a client list based on geographic region (or purchase history) — and often visit a client at their own factory, office, venue, or store.

As an Account Manager you’ll be the key liaison between the client and the sales team — addressing customer concerns, and helping the department meet its sales targets. You could be overseeing a product installation, developing a customised ordering system for a high-end customer, chasing up overcharges and credits, or giving a presentation at a monthly sales meeting.
