The TAE40122 will enable you to design, develop, deliver and assess courses. The TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the qualification you need to teach at registered RTOs, community organisations, enterprises, schools and other vocational institutions.
The volume of learning of the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is typically six months.
This qualification meets the minimum education requirement for trainers and assessors operating without supervision under applicable VET legislation, frameworks and/or standards. The qualification is a successor to TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Outcome
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a Statement of Training (SOT) from SafeWork NSW valid for 60 days. You can start work with this SOT immediately. HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support is designed to provide the skills and knowledge to respond to an emergency as well as to communicate the necessary details of the emergency situations to the others.
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is designed to provide the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. This training is the minimum requirement for the workplace first aider. The unit covers different first aiding skills including responding to an emergency, applying appropriate first aid procedures, communicating details of the incident, and reviewing the incident.

SHBBCCS005 Advice on beauty products and services
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to advise clients on a range of professional beauty products and services. It requires the ability to investigate products and services, interpret information, identify client beauty needs and explain available beauty products and services. This unit applies to workers in nail, make-up, and beauty salons. In these environments, they work in a team but have responsibility for maintaining their own product and treatment knowledge.
SHBXCCS008 Provide salon services to clients
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to provide a complete customer salon service experience. It requires the ability to communicate with clients face-to-face or by telephone, schedule appointments, complete salon treatments, attend and respond to client complaints, and assist clients with special needs. This unit applies to workers in personal service environments including beauty and hairdressing salons, nail salons and spas. In these environments, they make routine service decisions within a defined range.

This intermediate course is designed to improve your expertise and build upon your skills and master the features in Microsoft Office programs. These mid-level skills will give you the advantage in the workplace. Be efficient and gain the skills, understanding, and become productive using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. After completing this course, you may choose to progress to one of our Excel Intermediate, Pivot tables, Excel formulas and functions, or MYOB courses.

Barista and Food Hygiene is a Nationally Accredited course. Once you complete the Barista & Hygiene course you will be ready to work in all organisations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises or smaller food preparation or bar areas, including restaurants, cafes, clubs, hotels, and bars; tour operators; attractions; function, event, exhibition and conference catering; educational institutions; aged care facilities; correctional centres; hospitals; defence forces; cafeterias, kiosks, canteens and fast-food outlets; residential catering; in-flight and other transport catering.
Unit SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses. It requires the ability to follow predetermined organisational procedures and to identify and control food hazards.
It applies to food handlers who directly handle food or food contact surfaces such as cutlery, plates and bowls during the course of their daily work activities. This includes cooks, chefs, caterers, kitchen stewards, kitchen hands, bar, and food and beverage attendants, and sometimes room attendants and front office staff.
Food handlers must comply with the requirements contained within the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
In some States and Territories businesses are required to designate a food safety supervisor who is required to be certified as competent in this unit through a registered training organisation.
SITXFSA005 is a prerequisite to SITHFAB025
SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders. It requires the ability to advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare and assess espresso coffee beverages and to use, maintain and clean espresso machines and grinders. Complex repairs of equipment would be referred to specialist service technicians.
This unit applies to any hospitality organisation that serves espresso coffee beverages, including cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, function and event venues.It applies to espresso machine operators who operate with some level of independence and under limited supervision.
