Performance Manager

A Performance Manager assesses and evaluates the work of staff at a business or organisation. You might look at individual performances or examine the performance of work teams or departments. Performance Managers provide guidance and make recommendations on ways to improve. You might also recognise and reward high achieving employees or teams.

Performance Managers should have strong leadership skills and excellent motivational abilities. It’s important you can communicate well with people from a range of backgrounds and understand individual circumstances. Performance Managers must be able to manage their time well and manage several tasks at one time.
